New podcast coming soon... Ground & Gratitude

Ground & Gratitude is a new podcast created out of the idea of keeping the addicted artist conversation going since my grad school thesis. I am a designer with one year in recovery. This podcast is created with compassion from within a safe space I now hold for myself and others looking for a better way to live this beautiful life clean and sober. This podcast will be a space where I will share and interview folks, laugh a lot, cry a little maybe, explore, expand and let honest conversations in resilience, recovery and rituals ebb and flow.
