    The seeds were first planted from a curious ask as I began grad school: “Why am I here?” This is how (and when) I began to understand addiction, toxic positivity, and the resilience and mindfulness tools within us that can lead to physical, mental, and spiritual health. How to build a safe space where a creative career and life can align honestly and authentically. How through work like recovery, we are responsible for cultivating and creating our own gratitude.

    Ground & Gratitude Podcast

    Ground & Gratitude is a new podcast created to continue the addicted artist conversation from my grad school thesis. I am a designer with over one year in recovery. This podcast is created with compassion from within a safe space I now hold for myself and others looking for a better way to live this beautiful life clean and sober. It will be a space where I will share and interview folks, laugh a lot, cry a little maybe, explore, expand, and let honest conversations in resilience, recovery, and rituals ebb and flow.
